Robert Eisele Productions
Award-Winning TV Series

Robert Eisele’s television career began with his Humanitas Prize winning episode of CAGNEY & LACEY. Michael Mann saw it and hired him as Story Editor of his acclaimed series, CRIME STORY. Eisele wrote four episodes in the series’ first year. Then, he went on to write nine episodes of THE EQUALIZER as that show’s Supervising Producer. This led to overall deals at major studios where Eisele was asked to develop his own series. He wrote several pilots and produced two of them, CAIN and DARKMAN (the latter with director Sam Raimi). Next, Eisele became Executive Producer of Showtime’s Alma Award winning series, RESURRECTION BLVD, the first Latino drama on American television. He also wrote and produced memorable television movies such as Showtime’s award winning death row drama, LAST LIGHT, as well as LILY IN WINTER directed by Oscar winner Delbert Mann, and 3: THE DALE EARNHARDT STORY which topped the ratings. Eisele’s VANISHING SON movies were the first on American TV to feature Asian leading characters. He continues to develop pilots for innovative series, and television movies that deal with the important issues of our time.
